1. If you get the wrong item or the item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can assess and correct it.

2. If your return is accepted, please ensure that the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, labeled, and in its original packaging. And we will send you a return shipping notice along with the instructions on how and where to send the package. 

3. You will be notified if the returned item has been received and inspected by us; if the refund is approved, the payment will be automatically returned back by the original payment method. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and mail the refund.
